After Spending a very cold night without our furnace system working I looked on line for someone in the area and I ran across IHA and I am glad I did. I called and James answered the phone in a very professional manner and was able to give me an appointment that same day. He was caught up on another job and called me to let me know he was running late but would be here right after that. When he came he was in his uniform and had the necessary tools in his bag to get the repair done. He ran some test and located the problem and was able to solve it and get our system running and gave us some tips on things to do to keep our system running at optimal performance. Working in the Construction industry I am happy to see that there are still professional companies that care about good service and their customers. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and call them if I ever have any issues. Thank you James and Thank you IHA

We needed new ducting and wanted to replace our 30 year old heater. Integrity did a great job taking care of our needs.

I had an issue with the Nest thermostat not receiving power out of the blue, so no Air or Heat. I followed the instructions on the Nest (error code E3) and still no luck. I called Integrity Heating and Air, Jimmy was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the issue and now we have a working FAU and Nest is back online. The issue by the way was the single pole switch was no longer functioning in the attic. I am one happy customer and will recommend Jimmy to anyone who needs Heating and Air service. Thanks Jimmy!

Called Integrity Heating and Air for a repair on my heating unit. Jimmy picked up the call and quickly responded my call and agreed to come check it out on a Saturday afternoon. He did not have the part in stock, but obtained the part first thing Monday morning. Jimmy worked around my schedule and agreed to come install the part in the afternoon.
The installation of the new part was done quickly and the price was right. I will gladly continue to use Integrity for all my AC and heating troubles.

Jerry is the man to call for your heating and air services in Antelope Valley. He educated me on the functionality of my furnace after I was experiencing cold air ventilation when the heater thermostat was on. After finding no significant problem he gave me a 30-day service charge that would roll over to any additional services needed. After paying him and called him an hour later about the recurring problem, he came by an hour later, gave me more demonstration and education for the furnace, and left without additional costs. Strongly recommend!

We needed a new furnace and AC. We got a quote from a place that supposedly has a "heart". WHOA! HOW MUCH? $200/month for 10 years, No thanks.
