Our A/C unit was over 20 years old and time for a replacement. We decided to use this company and its been a great experience ever since we had the unit installed (7 months ago). He was great to ensure the unit was evenly distributing the air throughout the house. His employees were very respectful and professional. By process of elimination, Oscar figured out why our AC unit was not operating; he discovered our newer Ecobee had a short. He also helped us get a warranty replacement. We would recommend his service for maintenance as well as for a full replacement of the furnace and AC unit as his fee is very reasonable, even beating Costco’s estimate.

I own 22 apartment units and thought for sure all but three heat pumps would have to be replaced. Boy did I get lucky: only one had to be replaced because it was undersized. The rest, because of real maintenance by Oscar, should mostly be good for years. I had two new units that were rusting. Not any more. I have copper condensate run off that doesn't get scrunched by TV Dish installers. I have safety shut offs. I have water proofing in units and less noise.
There is still more work to do but it is much cheaper than new units.
He's sincere, hard working and really proud of what he does. Unusual.
