Amazing. After days of not being able to use my restroom..I messaged them and got an appointment first thing the next morning.. they were punctual, profesional and quick workers. They gave me a price estimate and stayed under that. They were able to repair damage that had been done for years prior to us moving in. Can't say enough good things about encore. Came out same day and fixed my AC. The tech was super knowledgeable. Took a look at my unit and was like it's this and this. He replaced it and just like that it started working again. They have earned my trust and I will definitely use them again!

I had a periodic leak in a pipe in a wall. We had another company come out and they were unable to diagnose the problem. When the leak persisted and got worse, I was referred to ENCORE. Although it was after hours, Steve arrived promptly and immediately knew where to look. Within minutes, he had cut into my closet, found the leak and began the repairs. Not only was he knowledgeable and fast, but the cost was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend ENCORE if you want excellent and affordable service. Plus, Steve was really nice to my dog! I hope I won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling ENCORE.
