Encore Plumbing and Air Conditioning

We called encore late Saturday evening on a holiday weekend and they were able to send someone out to fix our AC unit within two hours.

Jake came out and was the man. A modern day hero really. Super personable, professional and efficient. He had a great attitude despite working at 9:30 pm on Saturday . Would highly recommend Encore and Jake!

Encore and our Tech Frank did an exceptional job. Our AC unit stopped giving us AC on 7/3 and Frank was at our door at 9:00 am on 7/4 (yes, on the 4th of July). We were so grateful and Frank had the parts we needed and we had our lovely cool air back in record time. Thank you, Frank and all the Encore team.

AC stopped working and encore sent Chris out within 2hrs. Chris was extremely kind, informative, and quick to find the issue/resolution. Very grateful for his help today! I would highly recommend Encore + Chris.

Jake and his crew showed up on time and conducted meticulous installation. Clean, professional, and everything I could want and more from a business. Every now and then if you’re lucky you come across a contractor who really cares and completely know the trade. That is Encore. They really have mastered their skill set. I called Encore late on a Monday evening after our water heater went out. They were very responsive and got us an appointment scheduled for the following morning. Chris Cordova was right on time and extremely professional. He inspected our old unit and provided a thorough diagnosis. After discussing various options, we decided to replace the hot water tank. Chris was very efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. He did great work and we are very happy with the service provided by Encore.

They were absolutely amazing! Very professional, kind, on time, thorough, clean, kept me in the loop. Will 100% use them again! (But hopefully I don’t have too! Lol) definitely a positive experience!

This is Steve’s 2nd visit to my home for separate issues. Both times, he was prompt professional, and got the job done. Answered all my questions, whether silly or not, and explained thoroughly the job at hand.

I have used Encore in the past with an issue we had in our kitchen under the sink and they did an amazing job! So when I came home from out of town and noticed I had water in my garage the first thing I did was turn off the water and call them.

I called at 1030am and they had 2 guys at my door before 1pm Great response time.

The techs came out and assessed the issue we spoke about what I found and possible issues they started with leak detection also explained to me about the Encore yearly membership that saved me some money off the total cost so I took advantage of that.

The leak was found “slab leak “
Hot water side under the hot water heater and behind my toilet in the small bath downstairs. Lucky I found it quick and it didn’t cause any real damage other than drywall in the garage. Could have been so much worse

They sleeved the pipe which was leaded to the master bathroom hot water they saved me a HUGE headache because of their hard work I was able to avoid any interior drywall repair and patching which is AMAZING only 1 access panel in the master bath under the sink !

I WOULD GIVE THEM 6 stars if I could great people great team great service and I’ll be telling anyone and everyone I know to call them first !

Excellent service! Encore Technician Adrian was on time and did an excellent job on diagnosing my needed AC repairs. Very helpful at explaining what is also needed to extend the life of my AC unit by installing a Kickstarter to the outside unit. Once the kickstarter was installed I immediately noticed how much quieter my outside AC unit operated. AC unit now blows cold air!

Steve did a great job! Went threw everything, very honest and fair pricing. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for coming so quickly.
