You can tell they truly care about their clients and want to provide the best experience available. We were misinformed by the previous owners of our home about the maintenance of our AC unit. Encore came out and gave us multiple options to repair clean and service our unit with competitive prices.

Our AC stopped working so we sent a message to the company at 7:30 am. Our unit was repaired and blowing cold air by 9:40am. Frank was communicative and professional. The website also lists a 2 year warrantee on all labor. You pay for quality service, professionalism and emergency services when needed. I will give them a call for any future needs!

Derek the owner came to my home to look at my air conditioning issues. Derek was very professional and friendly. Gave a an inexpensive fix to my AC issue rather than an alternative expensive fix. Derek even came back later in the day to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend his service. Very honest.

9/10/22-condensation line clogged. My technician came out on his day off to clear it. What a guy! Thanks Jake! And thank you Encore for the great service!

6/22/22-return visit to attach condensation line went well. Jake arrived on time and got right to the job. When completed, he came to the door to let me know he was done. One thing I forgot to mention is that both times he was dressed in a uniform with his name on it and Encore Plumbing on the front of his shirt. Company vehicle also identified where he was from. That might be important to a lot of people. Thanks again Jake and Encore Plumbing!

Very impressed with this company and the service technician (Jake) dispatched to do maintenance on the A/C. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms so I could understand the process. Another company installed the furnace & A/C last May and failed to connect the condensation line and it was dripping under the house. After doing the inside maintenance, Jake crawled under the house (mobile home) and took pictures for me. He scheduled a return appointment to attach the condensation line. Very happy customer. Encore was very professional throughout our experience with them. We discovered our water heater was leaking water on a Sunday afternoon and the owner Derek answered our calls and provided us with reliable quotes and all options. He made sure to walk us through what was needed to shut the system down and ensure no further damage occurred. He scheduled us first thing the next morning to remove the unit. I was extremely satisfied with them and would highly recommended.

My AC quit working during the recent heat wave. I was worried I would not be able to fine someone to come out quickly to get it fixed. To my surprise they were able to see me that day and even worked me in earlier than the original appointment when an opening came available. Frank was awesome. He identified and fixed the problem quickly. He did not try to up sell me on any unneeded maintenance.

Adrian is a really polite and communicative tech. He did a great job diagnosing and explaining the problem. He repaired it quickly and was fair in the charge. He arrived on time as promised, communicated with texts, and wore shoe covers. I recommend!

Steve w encode came out in less than an hour after I placed a call to encode. Repair was reasonable price and was done quickly and efficiently. Encode got the pipe fixed and water running within 90 minutes from when I called. Great service would definitely recommend and will use in the future
