Steve and Eric were both on my job. They did exactly what I asked of them. They were quick,very friendly, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. Great employees, Thank you guys.

Always a pleasure working with such a professional and friendly team. We know we can trust them when something needs to be done because they'll tell us if it doesn't. Very honest and respectable. Called them for the first time 7 years ago and haven't used anyone else since.

My water heater leaked at the bottom, called encore and in an hour came over to check and do the work to replace it. Costing is very clear and upfront - was given different options. Picked the best option for me, work done a couple of hours. Their work is very clean and love how efficient they are !

We had a great experience with Encore, Frank was on time, professional and went above and beyond to help us figure out the issues we were having. He was honest and patient explaining all of the problems with our ancient system. When we eventually replace our system we will definitely be using Encore.

This is my second time using Encore for service. Both Steve, and Chris were both, professional, courteous and cleaned up after completion of install.

I called for a noise from behind my shower and I wasn’t sure what was going on. Angelo was incredible! He answered all of my questions and was so knowledgeable and kind. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Frank did an excellent job. They were on time and very professional. They showed me pics of the unit in the attic and all the issues they found. Not high pressure sales like some other companies we have used. I would recommend them.

Chris was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had 3 issues with different plumbing problems moving into an old house. He really did a great job explaining everything that was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. We will ask for him then next time we need help with any of Encore’s business services.

I had my complete heating and AC replaced. The employees went above and beyond my expectations. When the unit wasn’t up and running they graciously brought in firewood for me so I wouldn’t be cold. The unit they installed is working and I couldn’t be happier. It is so much better than the one they replaced. I would recommend them highly. This is the second time I’ve used Encore as I also had them recipe my house last year. I give them 5 stars

Thank you Chris and Encore. We came home from vacation and the water heater was out and it’s a holiday weekend. Encore came by the same day, fixed the water heater and the price was very reasonable. Chris was nice and professional. Thank you!!!
