I can't say enough good things about this company. Derek, Craig and their employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and hard workers, the prices are fair and their work is exceptional. We sit up on a hill and had our main line re-piped they took their time to make sure that it was correct. We will be doing more piping and I will be using Encore for all my plumbing needs they are Top Notch!

It’s been one of the hottest days I’ve seen since living here in Murrieta and just my luck our AC unit starts malfunctioning! I looked for a Service that would be able to come to my rescue on the Labor Day holiday! Encore Plumbing & Air did just that! I called and working a matter of minutes I was given a same day appointment and told a repair man was en route to my location.

Jake came to the rescue and was very informative during the process! My house is now cooling as I type! I look forward to using this company for any future needs that may arise! Thanks again Jake 😁

I was referred by my friend that Encore and the team are caring and go above and beyond in their service. Had to replace outdoor faucet and the team did a great job. They did my friend’s sink installation and was highly recommended. Having them install my kitchen sink next week after my countertop renovation. Very attentive and knowledgeable team.

First of all i got the appointment the same day for 3 pm. The technician Frank Navarro arrived exactly at 3.
He was extremely nice and professional.
Entering the home he put the slip covers on not make any mess.
He fixed the problem.
His charming personality made the experience even better.
I will be using this company in the future.

The tech was friendly, but they tried to charge me over $300 for $40 capacitor! The labor was about 10 mins to pull it out and put a new one. Crazy gouging people that don’t know better … they also told me $50 diagnostic fee on the phone then charged $65. Careful with this company

We woke up to water coming through our ceiling on a Sat morning. Encore was quick to respond and arrive. They found the leak and fixed it very quickly. From first contact to completed repair was 3 hours. I will use them again and love how they were so quick and cared to get our problem taken care of and working again

Wow amazing service. I had called a few places as our situation was urgent. Encore said I will be there in 45 minutes and was there in twenty. He took care of the issue immediately. installation was fast. He is punctual and is professional. His Dad is also. Very happy with their service, demeanor, professionalism and warm smiles.
