Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair provided the service for the installation of a new Tran AC unit. The technicians did a very good job. It took two guys about 5 hours to finish the whole work. The price of a new AC is also a bargain one. They removed and discard the old unit and vacuumed the work area after they finished the job. (HO-JANE SHUE)

Service man showed up on time. Turned out my a/c wasn't working properly and a part needed replacement. Part was replaced and unit working OK now. Paid for a package which included two service calls. Not sure what the second call is all about, but it's paid for. Service man said the next time they come out they will flush out the unit again because he did what he could during the first call. Again, not sure how I'm supposed to use the second service call that I paid for.
