I made a simple error with my system while attempting to fix it the night before, but he explain the error in my “rationale”, did not make me feel bad at all, and proceeded to show me the “correct” way. Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair called within 20 minutes. The were going to have a plumber in the area later the day. He was. He arrived about 2 hours after first contact. Job was done in 15 minutes. Easy.

Troy showed up and got right to work. He was very courteous and efficient during the whole time he was here. He also used shoe covers to put over his shoes each time he entered the house from the outside. He answered all of my questions and actually showed me the new capacitor before putting it in and showed me the old one that he removed. I used the coupon on Google's List for the 44 point AC tune up.
