Dave was our technician. He was very competent and professional. We would definitely call Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair in the future if we have any issues.

After returning home we discovered the air conditioner was not working and the day temperatures were still in the 90's. I called Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair at 7:00am in the morning and was told Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair would be at my home between 8 and 12. They arrived at 11:30 and had the air conditional fixed and preformed a checkout by 1:00. I was very happy with the service and will use them again.

The tech, Randy, was wonderful. Was here last year and solved a mysterious issue causing my AC to stop running then start again a few hours later. This happened several times a week. Other techs were unable to find the issue until Randy happened to be here when it happened. He has been our tech on several occasions and is always courteous and professional. In addition to great service, they NEVER try to get you to buy things you don’t need like Goettl always did. I buy their yearly service contract each year and they come out to check the furnace in the fall and AC in the spring. Any parts needed are 20% off. There are some other perks with the agreement but I can’t remember them right now. The office staff is very accommodating too.
