My technician from Rom’s Heating & AC Repair was very professional and efficient. He checked both of our AC units on the roof. He took photos of each unit and the readings of how they were working then explained what they meant. The evaporator coils were dirty and he was able to clean them while he was here. He took before and after photos of each coil. He explained options and cost before doing any work. Second time using Rom’s Heating & AC Repair for a AC system in private residences. First time was for an American Standard Hi Efficiency Air Conditioner installed in Nov 2020. American Standard has proven to be excellent. Second time was a Goodman system. Goodman was just installed in my second home in July 2021 and so far so good. Very quiet AC. Rom’s Heating & AC Repair is a great company to deal with. Very friendly and excellent workmanship.
