Y & R HVAC Montrose indeed deserves 5 stars from me. The house inspector came this morning and told us they did a very nice job. Which was all we needed from a professional contractor. Two thumbs up from us!

The tech came in after and did a full inspection. He found a small thing not done right and is coming back to add it at no charge. He really cares that your units are installed well and that your system is done right. Definitely give Y & R HVAC Montrose a chance to bid if you are getting your AC units replaced.

I have been delighted with the service I have received. They have always been professional and friendly. Each time I have received same day service and a call from the technician before they arrived. The repairs have been carried out quickly, cost effectively and successfully. great job!

Y & R HVAC Montrose serviced our air conditioner today and their technician performed the annual maintenance on both of our air conditioning units. Our thermostat had died and we needed the dual capacitors replaced on the compressor. He did a wonderful job and we’re very thankful!!
