It's the first time a technician has hosed off my air conditioner's inner and outer coils. He added that my unit is in excellent condition, which is good to hear given that it is ten years old. I no longer use previous firms because they told me I required one to three unneeded repairs on my device. I am a youthful, single woman of 60 years old who has become a lifelong customer of Steve's AC & Heater Repair because they are trustworthy! In the 38 years that I've lived in my house, the best company by far! I appreciate your excellent client service.

Tom showed up on schedule. He was cordial, competent, and thorough. Our air conditioner's issue was swiftly identified, and he provided us a reasonable repair estimate. This was my first time using Steve’s AC & Heater Repair, lets just say that the 5 star ratings on Yelp and Facebook were not wrong. Amazing experience all around. The operator was nice, friendly and efficient. Living in Phoenix you'll run into issues with your AC, but I can honestly say I've never been given a 2 hour window (12 - 2), most AC companies give a 4 hour window. Tom showed up at 12:50, with a courtesy call ahead. Tom was very friendly and professional and had my AC fixed within an 45 mins, and cost for repair was very reasonable. I will be using this company for all my routine maintenance moving forward. Thank you Steve’s AC & Heater Repair (and Tom), you didn't disappoint!!

The technician from Steve's AC & Heater Repair was excellent and very professional. He helped to clarify what happened with our old water heater and was very educated. He was able to change the timing of our appointment and replaced the water heater really quickly. Only water heaters are what I advise!

The Steve’s AC & Heater Repair of A/C were very efficient and timely. We came home from vacation Sunday evening and our a/c was not working. A meeting was planned for the next day. During the visit, I had a new water heater installed. The technician was friendly and extremely knowledgable. I'm so glad I gave them a call!
