When the old system gave out recently, the next generation and their team, lead by Joe, installed a new system with thoughtful upgrades. Joe went above and beyond to provide a new HVAC as quickly as possible. I am so pleased!

Joseph and the team gave us so much confidence after taking quotes from multiple AC outfits. Our AC died during the heatwave earlier this year and Joseph showed up swiftly and provided excellent advice (that wouldn't necessarily have profited them, I might add). His honesty and meticulous approach to our issues gained my trust immediately, and we are so glad we decided to work with them. Fair, fast, thoughtful, and thorough, they are our go-to guys for AC needs moving forward. Highly recommended.

I give Robert Hall & Sons 6 star rating. Heater not working. I called @ 7am and the phone was answered by a real person. Was told they would be out that day...and they were. My problem fixed and I had heat. Very polite and helpful. I will only use them for my Heating system repair. JM

I have had Robert Hall and Sons service our HVAC system ever since we moved to LA Crescenta in 2015. The team has always been prompt and never tries to upsell any products that aren't needed. We recently had an HVAC emergency, and they were there within 3 hours and charged far less than I thought it would cost for such a major repair. This is one of the few companies that does business the right way, and I can't thank them enough for all their help over the years.

After talking to 5 highly rated HVAC companies, only Mike Hall was able to come up with a workable, affordable solution for our home. He spent time answering my questions and offering options until we arrived at the project description. The other guys wouldn't (or couldn't) even try.
Mike and his crew removed our old HVAC system, installed a new electric heat pump on our roof, replaced the majority of the ducting in our home, and installed several new registers (vents) into various rooms all within 2 days, on schedule. Communication with Mike was good throughout the entire job.
Very happy with the work they did, and I can strongly recommend them for your large, residential HVAC project.

I cannot say enough good things about Robert Hall air conditioning. My central AC rattled the house like a jet engine and then shut off. My first conversation with Mike was along the lines of “Try these things before we come out and you spend money.” I really appreciated that. In the end, I had to have my AC unit replaced. They had it done within 5 days during a hot July week. And the price was pretty good! Now my house feels as cool as the inside of a public library. (That’s the best way I can describe it.)

System turning on but not cooling. I was expecting the worst case scenario because my system is 37 years old. Tech showed up 10 minutes later its fixed and it's a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders. Knowledgeable honest company.

AC stopped working on Wednesday. I booked repair for Friday, then changed the air filters. Next day, the AC appeared to be working again.
Joe arrived immediately at the start of the estimated time window, confirmed that the dirty air filter contributed to the cooling unit icing over, and that my system was otherwise healthy.
He wore a mask the entire time, he was respectful, professional, and vaccinated. I will *definitely* use RH&S for future service needs.
