Alex the Havac specialist did an amazing job with not waisting time,he was here earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem instantly,fix it and made sure everything is working efficiently.
I will only use him and recommend Orion for any future HVAC issues!

Great experience from the start. This is my 2nd time receiving service from Orion HVAC. I called today about my broken heater. The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. Feliks was the technician that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick. He was informative and even shared tips to maintaining my heater. I was also working while he was here and he was so patient with me while I took calls. Great service overall. Thank you Orion HVAC.

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.

I plan to work with Orion every year from now on to do my annual maintenance knowing I have honest and fair people of character and integrity to call on. Once you use Orion HVAC, you'll never work with anyone else again. Believe me.

Installation went very well. Tim who came to check our system was very knowledgeable and as well as the rest of the technicians were very skilled, amazingly professionals, polite and honest. They did an amazing job! very neat and clean. Great team of installers!

Our heater stopped heating, and I called them. Within five minutes, they had found a technician who could come to our house. He came within two hours, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, without having to add any new parts, which was what the previous Company said it required. They charged a minimal service fee and were out within 20 minutes. I very much appreciate their honesty, expediency, and work product. Will definitely use them again.

Alex was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He got right to the root of the problem with my HVAC. Cleaned out the system. It was filthy. Changed out some parts. He showed us the parts he was exchanging and explained why. He suggested we update the system with new thermostats and we will take his advice. Everything was done in one visit. Everything was explained and priced accordingly. We were very pleased with the work done and how well our system is now working. I highly recommend Orion HVAC.

Victor went over and beyond to explain the issue to me. He also corrected the matter efficiently and thoroughly. I didn't realize or AC was not running @ 100% he made sure to check and correct so it would run efficiently.
He will definitely be our choice of servicer.

We got several bids for a new HVAC system and these guys were the best offer by a mile. They did amazing work and we are very satisfied, we’ll be using them for all our maintenance in the future.

Victor and Feliks did great work. They took their time to accurately diagnose and repair the issue with my AC unit that has plagued me for 6 years. They explained to me what the issue was, how they diagnosed as well as how it will be repaired. My AC is now ready for summer. Yury the manager was amazing as well working with AHS to ensure that my system would be properly covered. Ashley and Hannah who work in the office were always ready to answer my calls and very polite. I would recommend Orion to anyone having AC issues. I am beyond satisfied.
