Great company I recommend them just call and they will be honest and tell you what's wrong and not try to upsale you. They came out twice and both times we didn't have to pay because they said we didn't need to when they could of charged us for there time. Great people from the workers that do the repairs and installs... to worker behind the scene making appointments; Karen she is very friendly and will work with you to schedule a date and will walk you through any problems you are having with your thermostat. 10/10

Melko Air Conditioning is great they are my go to for all my hvac needs. I buy and flip houses and use them for all my jobs. They are honest, on time, hard workers, clean and reliable. I really can't say enough good things about them I know if they're on the job It's going to get done right and on time. I've used them on my last 3 projects and will be using them again in the future as I can pass on the warranty to the new buyers. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Melko Air Conditioning installed my unit in 2015. Very clean and professional work. They service my unit annually to make sure I get the best results. Last month they not only serviced my unit, they also installed a free WiFi Nest thermostat I highly recommend them

Dishonest / Unreliable / Unethical.
Seto installed my furnace, evaporator, and ducting in 2011. I thought I was paying for a brand new unit at a price tag of over $7,000. Few months after installation, he was unreachable during a heat wave to service my unit. I had to buy a stand alone AC unit from Home Depot for my 8 month old daughter's room. No service provided. Had to hire another company to service the unit.
Most insulting and criminal is what I'm experiencing now - my 'supposed' brand new unit stopped working again in the middle of a rainy cold December. Around the Clock Heating and Air conditioning came to service my unit and tells me it's over 17 years old. Seto had installed used equipment and charged me for a brand new unit.

It’s been freezing in LA lately and I’m so happy Melko Air Conditioning came by and fixed my AC and Heater. I got a few quotes but this one was the best. Thank you for the great work and the best quote in town. They were extremely professional, courteous, and answered all of the question throughout the whole process.

I've been using Melko Air since they installed my ac unit in 2012. I been recommending them to all my family and friends since. They treat everyone like family and have never disappointed. Setrak always goes above and beyond for all his clients.

Setrak .. very good work and very honest. Two other techs from different companies stopped by and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my heater. He stopped by and after two hours got the system to work. He didn’t want to charge either since he didn’t replace any parts and I had to force him to get something.

Seto came out on the blisteringly hot holiday weekend to fix our air conditioner. He was friendly, reliable and reasonable. So very grateful.
