When my wife and I found out our furnace needed to be replaced we were hoping that our home warranty company would take care of us. Unfortunatly the home warranty sent out subpar contractors so we went on the search for a local company. We had multiple companies come out to our place to provide us with bids/quotes. From the onset Tim (Owner of TMC) was super professional and did not try any flashy sales tactics to swoon us one way or the other. He was down to earth and explaned everything. Our installation was a bit complicated and his team of guys were top notch and very friendly. I would hihgly recommend calling TMC for your HVAC needs. We will be using them from now on. What a great group of people and team providing us with the comfort of AC in these warmer months!

Very satisfied! Communication was great, installation effort ran a bit over schedule (things happen) everything was well coordinated, and then wrapped up promptly. I was without heat for two weeks with three young kids, they showed up on a Friday, got the heater element replaced and then got the AC component wrapped up the following Monday. Extremely responsive, communicated all times to show up, and very polite. Would recommend to anyone...

The company responded fast to set an appointment. The Technician was knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem. I’ve have had a couple companies come out and not one of them put in the efforts and work to diagnose and check all the related parts and systems to figure out the problem. Jermey from TMC did the extra work for proper fixes. I am thankful and feel confident my problems will finally be properly fixed and not just a band aid fix as experienced with others

During this past heat wave of temperatures well over 100 degrees, our AC stopped working. I was panicked because I knew it would be difficult to get a quick response form an AC company during a heat wave, and also worried that the cost would be out of my reach. When I called TMC cooling, Tim was responsive and committed to coming out that SAME day! Even though his schedule was packed already, he made time for us, at 9:00 at night (!!!), and within an hour had diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, repaired my unit....and my house was cool by 10:00pm. He was personable, friendly, trustworthy, and affordable. Don't worry about shopping around, just book your job with this company and you won't be disappointed!

We were so very happy with TMC heating and cooling. They did a thorough evaluation and recommended bigger ducts and returns for our system. When they did the work, they were meticulous. From keeping every spec of insulation vacuumed up, to working quietly in the attic, to taking photos of their work, it was an easy experience(for us!). We are very happy with the improvements. We highly recommend them!

TMC Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company I've used. The owner, Tim Coranado is truly awesome. I needed duct work repairs about 4 years ago & he did that for me. Then this weekend, during a bad heat wave my a/c went out. I called him in the morning & he was out about 4 hours later. He fixed everything, and even connected existing common wires so smart thermostats could work. We subscribed to his biannual service plan he offers. His prices are great! He's friendly and professional & his work is clean. I will continue to recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

TMC did a remarkable job installing a whole house fan and attic fan . We met Tim and were impressed with his professionalism and with in four days the job was completed. His crew were friendly, efficient,and knowledgeable. I highly recommend TMC and plan on using them for all my heat/ air projects.

Tim and Alex were great to work with. Communication was great throughout the process, their work ethic is fantastic and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the job, and their prices are very reasonable. I was impressed by their integrity and honesty and I would totally recommend TMC to everyone and I will absolutely use them again.

TMC was honest and fair. They changed one of my dampers out when another company said I needed both dampers replaced and a host of many other things. Jeremy and Tim were great they came out to my home and fixed my heater zone system problem within a day by basically only replacing one damper.
I would highly recommend them again.
