Was referred to Tim from TMC Heating and Cooling by a friend after my HVAC capacitor failed overnight. I called him and he scheduled an appointment right away same day. He changed the CAP, checked my HVAC unit, and checked the furnace in the attic. The service was exceptional, and I plan to call them again to balance air flow in my home and install whole house fans.

Tim and Alex did an awesome job replacing our 18 year old hvac system. I am a contractor and was impressed by how professional and clean they were. They took great care with my floors and walls and didn't leave a single fingerprint behind! From the beginning, Tim made my family and me feel at ease by thoroughly explaining our options, walking us through the 2 day installation process and keeping us in the loop for the duct, MID and city inspections. This was the second time I've had them come out to repair my old AC unit. They answer when you call, show up in the time window, and do a good honest job. Last year they replaced my AC compressor, went great. Today the thing died again, and when they checked it out it was the exact same part. However, they warranty their parts and work, so they replaced it with a new compressor and I didn't get charged for the part or the labor, and best of all, I didn't even have to ask them about the warranty, they did it on their own. A rare, quality, honest company.

I would recommend TMC over and over again. He had a prompt response. Our heater had quit working in the evening and had no idea what could be wrong and I needed someone to fix it promptly since my baby and wife were sick. He came out and troubleshooted the problem and fixed the issue that same day. Very friendly and professional service. Thanks Tim for your services. You can't go wrong with TMC!

I requested a quote online through TMCs website and was messaged right after telling me someone would contact me soon. Within an hour I was texted by Cynthia and she was very helpful in setting up a time and a day for a quote. Tim came out and was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions about a whole house fan. I had the installation done a few days after and had Jonathon come out. He did the install of a whole house fan and an attic fan quickly and was easy to communicate with. They had to remove a hallway light to fit the vent and they rewired the 3 way switch to another light for me at no extra charge which I appreciated. They also threw in an AC service with the package and I'm a happy customer. I'll be using them for all my heating and air needs from now on.

I was fortunate to get this company through my home warranty to fix my broken AC. They were communicative from the jump and had me scheduled ASAP.
