TMC Heating & Cooling

This was the vendor that was sent out by my property management company. Super nice guys and we’re on time and prompt. Let me know that the system is old and most likely would need to be replaced but did a fix to get it going while the home warranty paperwork was being processed. Fast forward a week later. Air went out again as expected. What was above and beyond though was the tech came out at 8:00 in the evening to get us in because it was so hot. I’m highly impressed with the customer service, knowledge and positive attitude so late in the evening. When I own my own hime I will think of them first for any kind of HVAC service. Thank you!

Tim and Johnathan went above and beyond. They fixed the initial problem and took the extra time to inspect the entire system to insure there were no additional problems. Both were very professional and took time to explain the issues- in lay terms so I could understand. It has been a long time since I’ve received stellar customer service. Tim was very thorough with explaining the equipment and advantages of each. The crew that came to do my installation were very professional and on time. They literally got the job done in a couple hours and I just love my new whole house/attic fan.

I had Quiet Cool roof mounted attic fans installed. The techs did an excellent job and were very professional in the installation, clean up, payment procedure. I would highly recommend this company.

T.M.C responded to my call even though it was the day before Xmas Eve. Tim was very polite and professional and he had my heater up and running in no time, he worked late into the night, and he didn’t leave until my heater was running. I called several companies and he was the only one willing to come on such short notice. I highly recommend him for any heating services.

They installed a new Heating & Cooling system in my house. The work was very clean and professional. I do most of the work around my home so I know exactly what to look for, and they did not cut any corners. No detail was skipped. Their price was reasonable and there were no hidden or gotcha fees. They went above and beyond and didn't try to charge me extra to get the premium service I received. I knew nothing about this business until a friend recommended them, and I am glad I did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

TMC INSTALLED A WHOLE HOUSE, ATTIC FAN, AND WORKED WITH A ROOFING CONTRACTOR TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF VENTING IN MY ATTIC. THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES AND SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
