Dycus went above and beyond on our recent system replacement. Replacing your HVAC unit at Christmas is never fun, but they made it happen quickly to accommodate our entertaining schedule and at a great price! thank you for being so helpful!

Dycus was great and came to our house within 4 hours of us calling early in the morning. We had no AC the previous night and called first thing in the am. A tech came out and diagnosed the problem as a wire that was touching metal and shorting the circuits. Within an hour it was all fixed.

You asked to do a background I said yes never once did I receive a copy of any report pulled for starters second off if I was ask I answered truthfully and marked yes to misdomenors no to felonies being they where and are dropped being it was my own Identity I was accused of steeling learn your facts before your try to do damage control.
