The lady in the office refused to let me speak with the tech who had come to my house or speak with the owner . After calling her and visiting the office 3 times for a month and a half , I hired another company to assist me with my warranty claim on my a/c unit. The tech was professional, but the office ladies refused to assist me in getting the simple form filled out and signed.

Very efficient and reliable people, they fix my a/c the same day I call, Felipe the technician was very knowledgeable about the systems he found the problem within minutes after he arrived to my house, also was very puntual, the window that they give me was from 2-5 Felipe arrived at 2:05 pm and it was done before 3 pm I was very impressed by how he was able to fix it very quickly. Thank you very much guys definitely recommend it to all.

Staff is knowledgeable and takes the time/effort to go beyond the routine task. I would highly recommend Dycus. They have installed a new system and replaced dryer vent for us over the last two years.

Our AC went out on Friday night while we were in the middle of a triple digit heat wave. I thought for sure no one would be able to help us until Monday. I was dreading this because we still had several days of 100 degree heat in the forecast. I called Dycus first thing Saturday morning and within 30 minutes they had someone at my home. Brad, the AC technician, was fantastic. He was courteous, friendly and had our unit repaired in just a few minutes. Our family is so grateful for their quick and professional response.

I recommend Dycus to everyone who asks for recommendations. Back in June, our AC completely went out. It was 94 degrees upstairs. UNBEARABLE. They came out the same day to see what the problem was. It was diagnosed & we slapped a bandaid on that until we could figure out what to do. We ended up replacing the whole unit. They were amazing to deal with & were patient with us while we hemmed & hawed. Our house was nice and cool for the rest of summer & our MID bill was half of what it use to be! Amazing what upgrading can do

My AC went out in the dead of heat at 104 outside, i called at 9am the next morning on a Saturday and they put in a urgent order for a repair guy to come service my AC. Received a call within 30 mins saying he was on his way, by 10am my home was already 87 and climbing in temperature. He shows up and within 15 mins my AC was fixed and air was blowing cold! I'm super impressed with how responsive and quickly they showed up and made me feel like it was very important to fix the problem and get my home feeling a nice 75° would highly recommend

This company is flat amazing. I have never had any company go above and beyond as much as they have. They found many problems with an install with a different company and they have worked tirelessly for to try and get some help getting it fixed. They return calls ASAP, they are prompt about getting things fixed so my home is comfortable. I can not say enough good things about this company, I absolutely love them!
