Major August heatwave and my A/C quits. I called Dycus Heating and Air and even though they were very busy, they managed to get their service tech Jorge to my house before we melted. Diagnosed the problem and got the system running saving us from the heat.

I called before noon from Alamo and needed help right away. Mr. Dycus was totally booked but said he could re route someone and help me very soon. From call to seeing a service person was maybe three hours. They identified the problem right away and repaired it quickly. EXCELLENT SERVICE. AS A BANKER I APPRECIATE SERVICE LIKE THIS.

Dycus is a great company to work with. From setting up my appointment to finishing the work were honest, polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC service.

Dycus came out very quickly, when other companies were trying to book 2 weeks out. It was horribly hot, and I didn't want my tenants to have to bear that for two weeks. They came out when they said they would, did everything they said they would and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The System was popping breakers while we had 10 straight days of 100 degree weather. Dycus Heating and Air sent out Doug which went above and beyond fixing that 1 issue. After fixing the system he spent 2 hours cleaning and servicing the entire system. The unit stopped popping breakers and now cools at a much quicker rate!

We had a problem with our A/C blowing warm Air. I called and the service technician Jorge, what was very nice and professional came to our rescue with in a few hrs. I am so glad to have chosen your company.

They are very professional and they listen to any concerns that you may have. I am unsure of how to measure the quality of work, but everything appears to work great. As far as competitive pricing, I found it to be comparable to other HVAC businesses through internet research and family testimonials. So far, my experience has been great. It is a big investment and I feel that other customers do the same research.

The install team were quick and efficient. Did a great job installing the equipment and made sure it was correct. The equipment runs great and is so quiet when maintaining a temperature. Love it. Thank you !

Absolutely the best experience I could have asked for. My AC quit working around 9pm in the middle of a heat spell. I called Dycus heating and air and the receptionist told me they were booked a week out. I explained that I had a newborn at home and I wasn't sure what to do. She put me hold for a couple of minutes and said we will have someone out to see you tomorrow at 730am.
I will never go anywhere else

They are great friendly people and fix you up quick and fast! They also have great service and comparable service plan. We've been with them for over ten years and would only have them for my heat and cool air.
