EXCELLENT service! 2 other repair shops couldn't come out for a week. I called All Heating & Air and they came out the same day. Victor diagnosed the problem quickly, but had to order the part. Being a Friday and later in the afternoon he had to rush back to the shop and order the igniter. He said if he got it he would be back Saturday morning and install it. The part came in and as promised him and his dad installed it. This was the coldest morning so far at 35 degrees outside and 50 degrees inside. We are so grateful that excellent service still exists!! Thank you Victor from the bottom of our hearts.💖

Being a homeowner for almost 25 years, I have had to trust many contractors to do work inside my home. All Heating & Air Conditioning is definitely one of the best. They arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job earlier than expected. Victor and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I am pleased with their work. Great tech and company! They provided the most reasonable quote on an odd service request (needed my AC unit disconnected for a few days, then reconnected later to provide access for a tractor to pass it). They quoted me at $500, next closest quote was $890. Victor was super flexible with scheduling, came out at the very beginning of the appointment window, and didn't even request payment upon disconnect (only reconnect). I'll use them again for any future service on my AC!

Update, June 2022: the team has continued to provide great service since my initial review! They replaced my AC condenser about a year ago when it went out-they came out same day to assess, and next day to install. Just yesterday, they finished replacing all of my very old ducting, and repairing multiple issues that we had been noticing. Great work, very clean despite a messy job, and a very personable crew -they were more than happy to chat with my young kids.

Victor was incredibly professional and attentive. He answered my questions and gave me great suggestions for maintenance and care. He was punctual and professional. Even called to confirm appointment. The best service I have used for my system! I highly recommend. Above and beyond!

Their service is excellent !! They respond right away when you call , even on a weekend and are available to come if not the same day the next day . Their prices are reasonable, and they are very professional and fair . They don’t try to sell you other services unless it’s necessary . They are very prompt! Alberto fixed our AC in less than half an hour on a very hot Sunday! He was awesome !They don’t charge an outrageous price for giving estimate on repair like other places who don’t even come on a Sunday . Also, they give free estimate for replacing ducts. Victor replaced our old ducts and explained everything in detail and gave us reasonable price. Victor is amazing !! I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I highly recommend this company and will be my go to place for any future repairs!

Victor and his team did a great job on our house. My old furnace was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling. Victor came out and diagnosed the problem and I decided to replace the furnace and add AC. His team was prompt and did a great job for a very fair price. They even rerouted the ductwork to make it more efficient as well as repairing the damage from the leaking water. Two years ago they had repaired my heater when the blowers went out. Their service was the same then so I was not surprised that they did a superior job this time.

Victor was very exceptional in working and did additional cleaning on the furnance.

Back in summer, I got a quote from Victor for A/C installation. There was some confusion around zoning. Victor sent his workmen who didn't understand any English and I am not sure if they were even qualified to work on HVAC. They started working and we called Victor as soon as we figured out they are not doing zoning. Victor mentioned zoning will cost lot more, can't be done same day (and no appointment available for few weeks) etc. We asked Victor to leave everything the way it was, we didn't want to spend much more and summer would be over in few weeks it would take to get the installation done. All good till now as miscommunications do happen.
We noticed in last couple of months that while PGE bill is going up but the house is not getting heated when we turn on the central heating. I call another HVAC vendor and I was stunned to see that Victor's men left a 3 feet gap between furnace and plenum (photo attached). The furnace was basically heating our attic. Not just thoroughly unprofessional but they also left a very serious fire hazard in our house. The furnace was left pretty much open when it's supposed to be sealed to the plenum. Can't fathom how they could leave such a serious risk and didn't even bother to inform us.
I called them and the lady on phone promise to send someone between 4 to 6 pm that day. I stay home waiting and no one comes or calls. The same lady calls after 6 pm and accuses me of keeping my phone off during that time. I have other calls during the same time and phone couldn't have been off. And what is my upside to keep the phone off.
