Victor and his father removed our old ducts and replaced them with new flexible ducts at a very reasonable price. The job was done in a day. Victor and his father are genuinely nice people and very professional to work with. Would highly recommend this family owned business.

Quick response, efficient, professional and friendly. I appreciated the tech explaining everything he diagnosed and the details of the repair. Offered the option of a new system and let me know the details but was not pushy. I signed up for the maintenance program, overall happy with the service and happy to support a small business.

I requested a check-up on my 20 year old furnace. Victor came by the next day and looked carefully at the furnace operation and internal parts. He said things still looked OK and described how some of the major parts would look if they were bad. This was great service and honesty. I fully recommend this business!!!

Reading at good reviews, called All heating & Air conditioning for regular screening . Technician came and screened A/C and recommended to install additional power to get more heat

Meanwhile, he also recommended to replace the filter. Which I asked whether he could do that(as mine requires a ladder and some crawl to do so). He said, he did not had replacement filter of the size that goes in and he would come back the next day to install it

Next day - I Called, he said, he is dealing with other customers and can come only at later available date

That’s it, since then, he did not respond to my numerous calls/texts. I am with out filter for more than 20 days

A great family owned business. Victor came on time, assessed what was needed, didn’t try to upsell and was very professional. He explained everything well. I would definitely use them again!

Have been using the service for last 3 years now, Victor is super responsive and get things resolved quickly. I will recommend for any AC Heater related work.

First of all, when I sent the technian picture of my water heater he omitted to deny but still came over knowingly I don't know where my AC is. It's true homeowners have responsibility to let the technician have access to the unit but technician has responsibility to deny. Omitting a response would mean confirming it is the AC unit.
Also it wasn't even blocked by cabinet. The panel opened easily with the screws removed. But Victor did not care to do so because of course it's easier to rip off someone dumb enough than doing actually diagnosing the unit himself. And he just told me he'd do a visit next time without a service fee.
In fact, changing filter hasn't fixed the issue. I had to change the capacitor myself for it to work but stopped working again so I asked if he could come take a look but sure enough they don't work with hydronic system lol. So then I asked for refund since he came over knowing his incapability of fixing but knowing I should be ignorant enough to rip off and believe anything. If you don't work with hydronic system why would you not say a single word when I showed you the picture of my water heater but still charge a fee and don't even refund it back when your advice didn't even fix anything? I threatened you? Ohh victor and the owner such a great duo what can't you reason out for easy money? What can't you give a false promise to deceive one? :)

Victor came out to take a look at our heater, after explaining and educating us on the age of our unit, we decided to replace it. We are happy with our decision as its gotten so much colder and this unit is working amazing.

Victor is one of the best. I did not find a single technician in my last 20 years here who is so courteous and professional. He identified root cause in a min and fixed and waited enough days to confirm fix is working and not a single time he poked me for payment but checked to ensure it’s working. He was ready to not to charge and revisit working on it if needed.

I highly recommend him for his humbleness and professional technical skills. He stays on top of my best experience working on any repair .. by far the best

I enjoyed the quick response and timely repair work Victor brought with his expertise and knowledge of our Williams wall heater. He is courteous and professional and I would use All Heating and Air Conditioning again😀
