Good guy! my cat likes Richard. Richard was very informative and did not glaze over details. Richard was very helpful and informative, he actually showed up there was actually a few companies who never showed up and never called me back. I'm glad to know that there's true professionals out there. Richards service was so great I ever signed up on the VIP club membership which gives me discounts on repairs, two preventative maintenance services a year and discounts on upgrade In the future.
