Allen came in and replaced my air filters and cleaned up my ac unit. He was very knowledgable and friendly and i highly recommend using climate care.

A little bit of back story to my review. This past winter out heater started giving us trouble, we called an AC company to take a look at our unit. They told us that heat exchange coil had cracked and that it wasn't safe to run the Heating part of the unit. They would need to replace the part and upgrade the air return so that this wont happen again to the other heat exchange coils. Pricey repair to say the least, winter was almost over. So we decided to wait until fall to remedy the issue. Fast forward 7mo later, we called Climate Care and set an appointment 2 days later. Chris Hayes was the Senior Technician assigned to take a look at my unit. Very pleased with the response time to make an appointment, Chris was on time, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Even had boot covers he put on when he went inside my home. He turned on and tested the heater, proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the heating element and that it was safe to use. Honest company that is doing right by the customer, greatly appreciated!! Thank you Chris, saved us a big expense. Definitely recommend Climate Care to anyone who needs Heating/Air repairs or replacements. Will be calling them from now on for any needs in the future.
