Chris Hayes, was very professional and helpful in getting done what needed to be done w/o trying to up sell new products that were not need. This was so refreshing and appreciated! I would highly recommend, Chris and his company w/any heating and A/C work needed, best to have yearly service to cut back on more problems down the road. He is also a Christian which I truly believed brought us together as this helpful while working w/our family. Thank You and Bless You!

Chris Hayes was awesome and knowledgeable. He called before showing up too. This was the review I wrote when Chris was behind me after feeling pressured to write a review. Now that it’s the next day and I thought about it, they sent a salesman to my house and I feel like I paid 59 dollars just to give them a positive google review. The last company I had out here would change the filters and refill the coolant but he did none of that, didn’t even have the stuff to do it which I would have paid for but they seem more concerned with up selling 1000 dollar products to me and getting me to sign a one year contract for what? So I can write them nice google reviews every time they visit. In retrospect I’m disappointed with the visit. The company I used to use doesn’t work Saturdays but I think I’d be willing to take the day off to have an actual technician come out instead of a salesman.

I’m extremely happy with my service today. Alan was very respectful of my home by knocking, and wearing booties. He didn’t leave doors open after leaving a room. What I especially liked is that he was very thorough and explained everything he did and showed me pictures. That’s something no one has ever done after servicing my air conditioner. I hope I always get him as my service guy. Thank you climate care and Alan.

Our senior service techs from Climate Care Richard Samkas and his trainee Ricardo Sanchez came out today for a $89 furnace and AC tune up special. Richard and Ricardo was very good at what they did today, every time they came in my home they wore their floor savers and had a big smile on their faces. They both explained themselves very well and gave great advice on things to look out for and how to make my hvac system run better. Richard and Ricardo are top notch senior service technicians! Thanks Climate care, Richard and Ricardo are the best we’ve ever had!

Ivan was very patient and professional in explaining the services he was going to provide. He took his time to carefully inspect all parts and give a detailed diagnostic. Drew out the plans and options we had and gave us solid suggestions. Will be looking forward for the repairs from Ivan and climate care in the future!

Alan is very professional and friendly. He certainly knows the product and how to service them. He was very friendly and helpful. He even changed my air filter and opened up the vents to flow better. You want the job done right, make sure you ask for him!!

I’ve been using using Climate Care for about a year now. Chris Hayes is normally my tech and does a great job and remembers past service when he returns. Chris tells it like it is and doesn’t upsell you anything you don’t need. I had my duct work all replaced and reconfigured last year and he took care of me. I’ll definitely use again!

Alan came out today to do our annual A/C maintenance and service. He left the unit looking like it did the day it was installed, sparkling clean! Very professional and conscientious. Arrived right on time. Even changed our return air filters for me. Thanks Alan!

Simply amazing service. Same day response, the technician Chris Hayes arrived early, and he was / is a very professional individual, also on top of his assistance he gave me a great refresher course on climate control. With past employment at a commercial HVAC company I was impressed with what I received today. Thank you Climate Care. Thank you Chris. And finally I see this as the beginning of a beautiful working relationship.
