Senior service technician Richard Samkas was extremely professional in ordering our inducer motor for our furnace and putting it in a few days later so we can finally have heat! Most technicians try to sell new equipment Richard helped us find in our budget that moving forward with the repair would be in our best interest due to money being tight.
