Pure AIR

I was sitting in my living room when all of the sudden I smelled something burning. I assumed it was just a candle but when I went to check there was no evidence of any candles being lit. I called up Pure Air LA and they were able to come out the same day, this is not something that many other companies offer. The technician promptly assessed the situation and fixed the problem (turns out it was just a loose wire).

On time. Diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes. Replaced the fan starter battery in my heater & it works perfectly.

I was impressed with the quality of work that Pure Air LA did for me. They were thorough and efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dmitrii was kind, knowledgeable and what is important nowadays Covid safety. Receptionist, who I was talking to, answered all the questions I had and helped me as much as possible over the phone. The tune up was quick and reasonably priced. Their rate for the maintenance was highly competitive, and their communication with the client from quote to appointment to post-appointment was awesome!

I am so glad we found these guys. Our air ducts were really clogged, and it was a hot day. One phone call to these guys, and they were able to come out the next morning and clean us up. I can breathe better now!
