Permian Basin Pure Air

So our insurance company cinch sent them out they denied our claim saying it was preexisting damage. Which means we had to come out of pocket for a loose needle on the suction side, and a little bit of Freon. Which our insurance covers. The problem is Cesar with pure air came out and acted like he had betters things to do, he never checked the inside unit. Where the problem was dead in his face. Said he was going outside to call about the claim and just drove off. All is good In our world now that my kids are in the ac thanks to a real Hvac guy.

Showed up very fast after calling. Always very professional and with a guarantee. Doesn't over charge very fair and reasonable!

Today started off like a Monday gone wrong! Two men from Pure Air of Midland came and made my day brighter. They serviced my air conditioner and then had to stay at my home an additional 15 minutes because of my mistakes. Thanks for a job well done.
