Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

Andrew Shepherd is great! He is very polite, thorough and professional. He tried his hardest to fix our furnace problem. He had to run back to office to get the part to finish the work. If I choose to have service with service champion that is because of Andrew!

Trevor came for an annual maintenance on our ac/heater that was installed last yr. He was on-time, professional, friendly, patient, answered all my questions and is very tidy. He wore shoe covers in my house, had a huge mat to place on my porch to keep his shoes clean, wore a mask and waxed and polished the heating and compressor outside of the house after he was done with each task. I was totally impressed!! Service Champions is a great company. They send me text to remind me about my upcoming appointment, provide tracking system of when the technician arrives and hires really excellent people.

(This review was done in 2022) Ron and Santiago from Service Champions were exceptional! They were prompt, courteous and extremely hard-working. As scheduled, Ron arrived to our home at 8am. He and his assistant, Santiago took away our old furnace and air-conditioning unit and installed a new dual one without taking a break until 4:30pm. They brought their own portable fan, vacuum cleaner and communicated with each other with a walkie talkie. They installed wall to wall sound proofing prior to installing the dual unit in order to keep the noise at a minimum. I contacted Service Champions on Friday. Got a person to come out to inspect the unit on Saturday and then spoke directly with Jim Landis, their comfort consultant about which plan/model we wanted installed. By Thursday, everything was completed.
I would hire Service Champions again in a heartbeat! They are having a Spring sale right now that gives you additional savings as well as 0% financing in which you don't need to pay a dime until next year (if you qualify). Get them while the deal is hot and your home remains cool!!!:)

Thomas was prompt and on time. He was very courteous and explained the problem to me and what he had to do. I would certainly recommend him. His quality of work was great

Jesus was Awesome! He went above and beyond to help my dad out. My dad's almost blind, so he set something up to help my dad use his new thermostat. He also was extremely patient with him. Jesus was friendly, kind and considerate. I'll be sure to ask for him on all follow-up appointments. Service Champion employees in past have always been kind and helpful.

Pete and Aman were both excellent to work with in terms of diagnosing our furnace issues and setting up an appointment for a replacement furnace and AC unit. We've used Service Champions in the past for air duct and attic work and they did a fantastic job. They can be a little pricier than other companies but their quality of work has been fantastic! My wife and I highly recommend this company and will be sticking with them for any heating or AC needs in the future. Thank you both!

I very much appreciated that Jaleel texted to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, which was on time, he introduced himself and was very pleasant. He told me what he would be doing with the AC/ Heating unit. Afterwards he went through and explained in detail the work that was completed and showed pictures. He explained the areas of concerns and options that I had. He was very thorough. Thank you, Jaleel. I will request him for my next service appointment. Service Champions is lucky to have him!

This place is the worst of the worst, Livermore Service Champions is totally corrupt and commits elderly abuse and outright fraud!
My 87-year-old mother has been abused by Service Champions repeatedly for years now and I’m about ready to hire a lawyer to sue this place for fraud and elderly abuse.
Last year one of their technicians showed up to her house to do an annual service to her Heater and Air Conditioner. This guy did no maintenance at all and they charged her over 150.00 to generate a couple thousand dollar estimate for all kinds of false “Immediate Repairs” she needed. None that were actually required or even needed. I investigated their claims and found no maintenance was completed; they did not even wash the expensive life-time cleanable air filter. None of their Immediate Repairs were legitimate that came to thousands of dollars within their bogus estimate. Estimate Ticket # 2141437.
This year they literally stole money directly from her checking account with a direct withdrawal of $151.40 on 05-02-2023 without ever informing her of this unauthorized withdrawal, nor ever providing any service, never even showing up and doing anything at her home; unless they illegally gained access to her house without her knowledge or authorization. No bill, invoice, or another attempt of committing fraud with bogus required repairs as of yet. Just stealing 151.40 from her bank account without her authorization or knowledge.

I just got off the phone with my mom and she had no idea they had made this withdrawal from her bank account and confirmed all of the above. She contacted them and they said they were trying to contact her to set up an appointment and since she did not respond they used her bank account information from last year and withdrew for services this year that were never authorized or provided. Livermore Service Champions said they would refund her money but has not done so. Instead they keep calling her and attempting to get her authorization to rip her off yet again. She has repeatedly told them she only wants the money they took from her without her authorization refunded and to leave her alone.

What unbelievable scumbags. If you check their reviews there are over 150 similar complaints and all the manager of that branch does, Alicia G. is click on Funny and or Cool with the same copied and pasted useless, ridiculous reply.

Great experience! On time, very professional, fully understood the problem and provides me with all the options to fix it. I’d strongly recommend them.

The technician was on time and very professional. The technician was also thorough and did a thorough check of the heating and air-conditioning system. He wore a slip on shoes when he entered the house, so not to track outside dirt into my house I would highly recommend.

Pete was excellent! Very professional, friendly and able to answer all our questions. We were not rushed and he was very thorough with the information and explanations.
