Andrew did a great job replacing the fan motor for our heat pump air conditioner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had so many issue with this New Rheem heat pump air conditioner. He did a great job to fix it. Now both heat and cold mode works. Thanks Andrew!

Jim came 10 minutes early, greeted my dog at the front door. He was very professional, very personable, and a joy to converse with. I am convinced he did his very best to give me the best deal for the house, which I think was very good. This is my fourth air conditioner and furnace units that I have had Service Champion install. I’ve never had a problem with any of their work or any of their workers. Would love to have Jim come back again for my next unit.

Excellent response time. I had my appointment the day after I called. David arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and respectful. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, showed me photos of what my system looked like compared to what it should look like, then explained my repair options and cost. I am very pleased with the service I received.

This morning I had a service tune up for my AC and furnace safety check from Ricky Williams at Service Champions. Ricky was thorough in his work, and shared photos of each item that was in need of service. I was impressed with his experience and knowledge of each system component, explaining its function and health. He was personable and answered all of my questions. Overall, one of the best service techs I have had in my home.

We were very happy with Rodrigo! He installed a new water heater and pump. He had amazing technical skills as well as being friendly and personable. He explained everything in detail, even making a drawing so we could better understand the problem. He moved back all the furniture and cleaned the area before leaving. I give Rodrigo 10 stars!

From installation to the tube up a year later, the team Service Champion team has been amazing.

Luis Rivas is the best technician at Service Champions. He knows everything about AC, furnace and water heater repair, maintenance, diagnosis and installation. Luis is highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional. He is an excellent teacher as well. Luis always comes on time to rescue me when my AC needs a pair of dedicated helping hands.

Our AC died in the heat wave! I reached out to the Service Champions Call Center, they gave me priority service being an MVP+ member and David was at my house before the end of the day. David was awesome! We looked at the system together and found the issue - and our system was up and running in no time! David was great to chat with and even my kids thought he was a cool guy!

On time, professional, skilled at communicating the problem and willing to listen and present options. Great qualities to have when serving the homeowner and the business. David did all of these things in a timely manner . He would be welcomed back to repair our air conditioning any time.

Today's technician, Jaleel porter, is serious and responsible in his work, and his technology is great. After the inspection, he recorded the problems of the air conditioner in detail and gave suggestions on how to use the air conditioner. The weather was hot and he was sweating profusely, and he didn't drink any water. Since I don't speak English, he explained to us patiently. Thank you so much!
