Jim Landis came to look at furnace and ac units in the attic because ours went out. Did some measurements and was very knowledgeable of the products. Took the time to explain what we currently have and what the new units will have. He suggested some packages that would fit our need.

Nick also alerted me to the condition of my water heater. I am of an age where I am unable to go down into my basement & wasn’t aware of the condition of my 20+ year old water heater. I am having Service Champions replace it before I have a large puddle down there. Their technicians are courteous, polite, efficient & friendly. I’ve had them for my home & income property for years & never had a problem with anything they’ve done.

The following people, Gilbert, Robert, Pablo and Wilson were professional, courteous, helpful in the following areas: ductwork, removing old furnace, installing the new furnace. The ductwork under the house was done while it rained. The crew made sure we can operate the furnace with new thermostat & how to use thermostat app on phone. They answered our questions and completed the job on time. I must add Jasmine the very first technician did a great job pointing out the areas they need to looked into and the cost of initial repairs and or long term repairs. Zac the estimator was very professional and laid out the options opened to us in all directions.

The service tech checked our heater and discovered that although we had changed the filter and sanded the flame sensor we had not turned off the power to reboot the system. Once he did that, the heater started right up. He didn’t charge as the system didn’t need repair. His honesty and integrity let us know that Service Champions is a good business that can be trusted. When we need service again in the future we’ll call them, for sure.

Service Champions did a great job installing a new furnace and evaporative coil. Highly recommend!

Pete came out to assess why I needed new furnace for the problems. He was professionally and kind. He understands what I needed and made good suggestions to save me money. Service Champions will be replacing my heating and A/C tomorrow. I highly recommend Service Champions.

Wyatt Shepard did our heating system maintenance today; he also installed the new register covers and adjusted our heat duct dampers. He was thorough , professional, polite, very friendly, and explained everything.
I also appreciated the call from the office letting me know ( well ahead of time) that he was running a bit behind schedule. He still arrived within the window of time scheduled.
