Michael was on time. Quick to diagnose the issue with my Air Conditioner and was quick complete the repair. I would recommend Service Champion to others without reservation.

Gina was professional, friendly, and very thorough. She spent a lot of time inspecting all aspects of my furnace and water heater, explaining what she was doing and answering all of my questions. Gina provided a comprehensive report at the end, pointing out the issues that need the most urgent attention. She was knowledgeable and also so nice to work with.

This gentleman is very knowledgeable about his job. He is polite, on time, thorough and efficient. I would like him to be my regular contact, I trust his work completely

We had Adam work on our furnace that was not cooling, he came in and was very professional and explained what he was doing to resolve the lack of heat . His explanations for what he was doing were very easy to understand . Also there was no pressure to add costs and parts. Overall it was a pleasurable experience for a service call. We are now getting proper heating.

Daniel did a wonderful job of cleaning my a/c and heating system as well as explaining what was going on with the system. He was very personable and respectful of my home. He also checked my water heater which I was worried about!

David was professional and very respectful of me and my home. He noticed things in my house that were special to me which generated pleasant conversation, like asking about being sports fans and my daughter's running in the Chicago Marathon.

Although I’ve had wonderful technicians throughout the years that I’ve been with Service Champions, Jesus Ulloa was the best so far. He explained everything so well to me and told me things I didn’t even realize about my equipment. He made sure that I knew and understood everything he told me and even had me try out things for instance he installed a new thermostat for my furnace and air conditioning and had me try out the menu and settings myself so that I understood it. Not only that he was a very nice young man iand. the company should be very proud of him. If I ever need service again, I will request him. Service Champions is the best company for furnace installation and service that I know of I’ve had them for many years with no complaints ever.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and Aman, the service technician, was very professional and polite. He explained everything thoroughly and shared pictures of wear and damage and gave me option. He even offered to change any lightbulbs or fix something simple since he had tools on his truck! 😊

Jaleel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. Did an AMAZING job cleaning a very old furnace!!! Greatly improved the old furnace capabilities!!! He helped with knowledgeable information for upgrade ideas on current very old system to save money on monthly heating bills as well as future full replacement cost saving ideas.

Excellent service at all times with regular updates and detailed reports. Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable as well as considerate when entering the house by covering their shoes, wearing masks, etc.
