Gina is absolutely the best! She showed up on time and took care of everything quickly. She also took the time to explain everything that she did. We are extremely happy with her service.

Peter spend over 3-4 hours helping us with our AC, furnace and attic renovation project. He answered all of our questions and was very patient, professional and helpful. We felt at ease and signed a contract the same day. Within 24 hours they were able to come in and replace our furnace (x2)and AC (x2). We have duct work and attic clean up, insulation pending all within the week. We are very satisfied with Service Champions and the work their technicians performed. We scheduled a maintenance. However, when the tech arrived, they said that their company does not service pan cake HVAC furnaces because they don't have the necessary skillet and then went away. While I do appreciate the fact they don't touch an equipment they are not trained for, I would have liked it if this was decided when the scheduling happened. Good thing I did not go in for a membership plan - I had to pay upfront for that.

Zachary was very professional and kind. He listened to our needs and was able to provide answers and fix problems we were having with our heating system. He was also flexible with time when he returned the next day and I was running late. He also didn’t mind that my kids followed him around and my dog kept wanting to play with him. Lastly, Zachary fixed a problem that no one could fix in 7 years! 10/10 on service and professionalism.

Jasmin Cambra is truly an asset to your company. Extremely professional, honest and completely talented. She explained everything in terms I could understand and fixed it in minutes. I definitely would recommend your company especially if she was the technician.
