Peck Heating & Air Conditioning

Josh is an excellent representative for Peck. He arrived within the agreed upon timeframe for a scheduled heater maintenance. He worked efficiently and respectfully within our home, and provided a thorough review of his findings. We needed a small part replacement which he had in his truck and the replacement was done quickly without another service call.

John was great. Very knowledgeable and honest.

We received a text that our technician was running late, and an alternate tech was assigned. He still arrived during the time window, albeit the very end! But, he was courteous and friendly, did his job quickly and made sure we were satisfied before he left the house. Can't complain!

Update 11/11/21--had our routine inspection done by Josh, and he found a small problem some areas where the sealing tape used at the initial installation was beginning to crack and pull away, which causes air leaks.
He suggested a permanent repair with a sealing compound + tape and we agreed. He did the repair quickly and cleaned up, and reinstalled our fresh furnace filter. I feel like we're in good shape and ready for winter!

Outstanding service by John and the whole team! Didn't love that my old heating and air system was dying, but I got quotes from 3 different companies and Peck definitely provided the best and fastest service. They identified the issues, offered solutions that made sense, and once we made the appointment for installation...they showed up right on time and were able to install the new system within a single day. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new system.
