KleenAir Heating and Air Conditioning

This company doesn't want new customers. They are impossible to work with. Like pulling teeth to just get an appointment. It's unfortunate cause we were referred to them by a friend because her friend owns the company. So this review is only based on the customer service.

Very unprofessional!! Left a big hole open in the system after they finished the job in hurry. I even pointed that the web is moving too fast and seemed like there was a leak of air from the system. He didn’t pay any attention. The owner sounded if this was going to be some hifi system for cleaning and charged me a very high amount for a job that was not worth of what I paid. I will never let them step these guys on my property ever again. Thankfully they left some tape for me on my request that I used to cover the hole. waste of time and money!!!

My tech did great work. I had another guy come out 3 separate times who couldn't figure out what was going on with my unit. The Kleen Air tech figured it out right away. They had my part ordered and my unit fixed very quickly. Their office staff was also very attentive and professional. I hope nothing else goes wrong with my HVAC, but if it does, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THE SERVICE. my mr. slim was fixed and They helped me to understand They help me to understand my system.I have a small toddlerAnd she was being crazy and I needed to water my plants and they even help me water them would totally recommend this to any other family or anyone they amazing.

Kleen Aire is fantastic! They are experienced, professional and prompt. I have used them many times and never had a single problem! The manager Shawn is always on top of things and makes sure we are always taken care of. No matter how short of notice we give them, they always try to fit us in. Anyone considering calling them, should wait no longer. I have used other companies before and will never call any of them again.

Tell your drivers to slow the F down in residential areas! Good way to discourage people from using your business, when you have reckless drivers representing your company.

Fast and efficient. Went above and beyond in getting out 25 year old furnace out and a new one in. Clear concise communication all the way. A dream to work with.
