Super friendly and knowledgeable! Made room for my service even though they were booked solid. Did what needed to be done without pressure to commit to other needed repairs. I'm going to have them do the repairs and also come back to repair my gutters this spring.

I called for urgent repair because water was bubbling in my ceiling from the storm. I talked to Tanya and she was wondering! Great customer service and got me scheduled right away. Tyler was the tech that came to my house and was great! From the time I called to the time he arrived was less than an hour. He found and fixed the issue with my roof and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. I greatly appreciate the quick response and getting my roof fixed before it got worse.

I have used them multiple times and it’s a father/son run business. They are honest and so easy to work with. I tried another local Lincoln company who was new to hvac and they did a tune up and tried to rip me off by thousands of dollars. Quality heating and air came by after and told me that my hvac was fine. They are honest and straight forward and their prices are very fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

Wow! AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. What are the chances you are going to get service, on the 4th of July weekend? I called first thing Saturday morning and John was here by 11:30. Diagnosed the problem, had the parts and fixed in 15 minutes. I don't believe I have had any better service than what I just received. My puppy and I thank you!

Quality is responsive, extremely well educated in what they do, just generally nice to work with, and most of all honest as the day is long, which is difficult to find in the industry. Their people were reliable, clean, very courteous and affordable! I interviewed and got quotes from 6 local HVAC installers they were, by far, the best in quality and price. From the quote from John (Dad),to installation I dealt with family! Even their maintenance techs are their sons and Mom is at the desk. Full replacement of my HVAC system took 1 day!
