James performed a tuneup for my two AC systems. He arrived early before the scheduled appointment time and was professional, friendly, and courteous. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing. I will have Polar Express service my heating systems in the fall.

Encountered an issue with my thermostat. The AC was blowing hott air out. Keep in mind this is in the middle of summer with 97 degree weather. All other AC repair companies couldn't fit me in for 3-4 days. There was no way I was going to be able to put up with that heat. Polar Express tried their best to fit me in asap and they actually found a small space the following day. They came and within 5 minutes my issue was resolved! Amazing customer service! Thank you so much for the quick and great service.

We have used Anthony's service twice now. Once last year to move our AC unit to a different location in the backyard. Most recently yesterday, during the crazy heat wave that put our home in a 118 degree area. Of all days for the AC to go out! I was surprised and relieved when Anthony came to evaluate and repair our AC that day. Even more impressive, when we weren't certain if it was working properly about an hour after he left, he came right over to check his work. He even did tests he did not do on his first visit earlier in the evening (they weren't necessary for the repair we had done) to reassure us everything was working, it was just working really hard to catch up on such a hot day.

Both times we've used Anthony's service he was respectful or our home and time, has given thorough and easy to understand explanations of what he is doing, offered suggestions to help our AC run most efficiently, and even denied us signing up for his annual service because our unit was too new to require that service. Anyone honest enough to turn down unnecessary work will always find a repeat customer here! I cannot recommend him enough!

Hands-down the best a/c and heating company! I have used Polar Express multiple times and I am always more than satisfied...Super professional and friendly...Efficient with great prices!
