I have used this amazing company numerous times and I'm always satisfied with his exceptional customer service, honesty, cleanliness, Speedy appointments, always on time if not ten minutes early, guaranteed work and vast knowledge. Anthony and his team also gives you advice on what to look out for and tools/tricks for your Air conditioning and or heating units as well as the fuses I use that as an example because he showed me a thing or two with the fuses on the side of my house to look out for with my unit. He never discourages any questions I may have or concerns! He never pushes you on unnecessary things to purchase always working with you to get the complete use of your unit before replacing it and or anything else that goes with it . I always recommend him to other people who have any problems with there heating and or air conditioning units or who just simply need a tune up of there unit! I can not say enough about this company! From the office gal who takes the calls, to Anthony who comes out to do the diagnosis and the walk through after, to the younger guys who came in to install our new system... Polar goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for your custom. I had been BATTLING with my home owners warranty company trying to get service, and in the middle of that battle, my old unit BROKE right in the middle of that bad heat wave at the end of August!

Anthony was so honest and straight forward AND confident that I scheduled with him to replace my unit right away, and told the Home Warranty company to go to hell LoL!

a month after the new AC unit was installed... we noticed our Heater wasnt kicking on... Anthony came right out, checked it for us and re-lit the pilot light that had gone out and VIOLA! Everything is perfect, and he didnt charge us a fee for coming to check on the heater. keep up the good work guys ( and gal! haha) you guys are the perfect example of Customer Service and Satisfaction!

Awesome customer service. Furnace was not blowing hot air, Tony was able to diagnose the problem within in minutes. He had my heater blowing hot air in no time. Definitely would recommend.

Our AC broke in the middle of summer and Anthony came out within 30 minutes and fixed it. All the other companies were busy for a few days. We wouldn't have lasted the weekend. We're so thankful they could come out and take care of it right away.

Absolutely amazing and professional service. My AC went out in August with my 5 month pregnant wife "urging" me to have it repaired quickly. Anthony answers the phone and completely understands our situation. He shows up (when he said he would....actually early) locates the the issue and provides me with numerous potential resolutions. He actually determined my system was still under warranty and proceeded to contact the manufacturer and have them replace the coil for free (this guy is honest). Here's a quick list of reasons to call Anthony:
1. Communication!!! He answers and returns calls. Even called me a few hours after the repair to check status.
2. Honest!!!! He doesn't try to feed you any crap or sell you things you don't need.
3. Profesional!!!! Tools, equipment and appearance are obviously a priority.
4. Cleanliness!!!!! Our house was actually cleaner in the areas he worked after he left.

Our system actually works a lot better (our house is only 4 years old) than it did before. The builder took some short cuts that Anthony fixed. Ohhhh, he's very patient and willing to answer questions. To me that was awesome! I studied AC units the moment ours went out. Anthony was willing to answer all my questions and provided high level technical answers to my questions. I'd refer Anthony and his crew to anybody I know in need of HVAC service. Just call and you'll see what I'm talking about.
