Just replaced our condenser. The team was fast, extremely professional and did great work. We called them later to double check a few things and they took care of it quickly at no extra cost. Highly recommend.

In my opinion Polar Express AC,is a honest company.
Anthony came out, looked at the my air handler, made a call ,located the part ,and presented me with all of my options. Explained it,and gave a recommendation.
I wasn't left feeling as if I was being up charged for sub-par work.
The technicians came out to preform the work promptly. They were very professional,detailed oriented,and fast...did I mention fast?
Mark and Jason also left me feeling whole!
I'd recommend them ,and plan on using their quality services again in the future.

I have been using Polar Express for the last few years. The team has always been friendly, responsive, and thorough with their inspections and service. I just had my heater serviced by James who showed up on time was very informative and provided great customer service. I will continue to use and recommend Polar Express for the foreseeable future.

I highly highly recommend Polar Express. We had Polar out to correct an issue that another air conditioning company couldn’t figure out. It only took Anthony one visit to pinpoint the problem and fix it. Today I had Anthony out to fix our heater. He’s always on time and once again it was a quick fix. This guy really knows what he’s doing. He was very honest and polite. You don’t meet many kind people anymore but these guys are absolutely wonderful. Thank you Polar Express!!!

What a great company! This is my first yelp review ever. That should say how positive my experience with Polar Express Heating and Air. Our Ac start running with grinding noise and last Saturday our ac stop running. My wife called this company and the earliest appointment we can get is Tuesday unlike other company that we called the earlier for them is Wednesday so we decide to go to Polar Express Heating and Air. Tuesday @8am James come. He check our AC unit and he found out that the motor fan blow and also the circuit board are not in good condition. James give us an option to fix our ac, and we end up to get the new unit because to get the 2 parts of the unit is almost the same us to get the new unit. James called his company to order the new unit and the office called me to give the time and day when they gonna receive the new unit. Thursday morning @8am Cris and Joseph come in with new unit to install it. Cris and Joseph are great they install the unit as quick as possible so our ac work backs properly. Cris and Joseph also my minor issue about the primary water line on the ac without additional charges. Thank you James, Cris and Joseph!!! The level of service is a top notch!!!!!

We have got the run around with a lot of other heating air conditioning companies but Polar Express I have found to be the best. Their technicians are honest and not just out to make a quick big sale. Very trustworthy.
