They were great, I called for an appointment, Joseph was out to my house the next day. They even text you so you know when to expect them! One has LD a photo so I knew who he was! I expect to have a long wait to get my new AC and HVAC, with the way the world is right now, but they were out 2 days later installing! The other two guys Justen and Another guy name Joseph came out and got everything ready and worked their booties off! Very professional and I love the fact this business is family owned and I didn’t feel any high pressure pitch sale either. Just option 1 and option 2, what works best for your needs!? I’m a customer for life now!

Joseph and Justin arrived early and worked throughout the day in the very hot attic to replace the furnace for the ac and install a new quiet cool system. They did a great job! I highly recommend polar express heating and air conditioning.

Responded quickly (<48 hours). Anthony was very friendly, knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what he was doing. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and gave me clear options to resolve the issue. Came earlier than scheduled and had my AC running in a short amount of time.
