Joseph was great! Explained everything he was doing and was able to find the issue within 3 minutes, blown fuse. He also checked to make sure the unit was blowing cold and he let me know that the unit was running as intended. Would recommend him to anyone that is looking for great service.

Very prompt and extremely professional. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely and helpful. We were able to get our issue resolved over Easter weekend and needed a follow-up visit which was handled quickly. From receiving a quote to installation was quick and easy. Replaced the original hvac from the early 80’s. Turned up right on time and the crew were very pleasant, explained everything and left everything spotless.

We needed a duct cleaning and the entire process has been smooth. From Jessica explaining packages and scheduling the free estimate, to Tony helping us understand which apply to our setup, then Jesus and Justin handling the cleaning. Everyone has been responsive, efficient, and professional. They even send a text when the associate is headed your way with their photo and a brief bio along with photos of the ducts after the cleaning.

Technician Justin C was extremely polite and advised me on the best course of action throughout the process, while still trying to help me save where I can. I am glad I called polar express and based on this service call, we will be using them again for anything at need. Thank you!

My first interaction with this company was with Lenora. I was concerned about my heating, it was giving intermittent issues, and wasn't sure what to do. She took the time to explain my options for service, repair, and what to expect. I signed up for service and the technician Tony was scheduled and came out the next day.

Lenora followed through with updates on timing throughout the day of the appointment, I never was left wondering when they would be there. Amazing!

Justin Curry was excellent. Both him, and the young man that assisted him was wonderful at doing their job. They were courtious, knowledgeable, and made sure not to leave until the job was done.
