Please shop around. Last summer Tech. Miguel Mendez provided me a diagnosis and quote to have my duct work re-designed to FIX my ac, he even convinced me to join their “Comfort Club Membership”… long story short. The new duct work DID NOT fix my AC… $2,000 was spent on this. They sent another tech and provided me supplemental quote for an additional $5,000 to fix the problem. I was very upset and disappointed. Had to share my experience.

Had my swamp cooler worked on today and now it is working great! Technician Miguel Mendez was prompt, courteous, friendly, kind, patient and so very professional. He also educated me on how to properly use my swamp cooler and AC. He answered any and all of my questions. Thanks Miguel!😊 My husband and I have been using West Country HVAC for a few years now we are 100% satisfied with their work... they have also worked on my Central Air Unit as well and it is still working great..I highly recommend this company!👍

We had West Country replace our entire unit at our home. The installation took triple the time estimated, where it ended up being a day and a half. Multiple times they had to leave to, "get parts." Then after running the unit when the installation was completed we suffered a major water leak coming from the drain in the attic that was not connected. It poured water throughout the entire upstairs hallway, drywall collapsed and water was pouring through the light fixtures. They could not respond to fix the leaking issue until over a day later, when it was then repaired, but I had to replace my drywall myself, out of my own pocket. Next, I received a call from them saying they needed to schedule an appointment to look into a manufacturer recall item on our gas orifices a week later. The technician shows up, "performs" the service and leaves without testing the unit runs properly. He leaves, and the unit does not run. We call him back, he attempts to "repair" it and finally does after a couple hours. Lastly, the cold weather begins to hit, I go to fire up my heater and low and behold, does not run. Call them, they schedule an appointment to fix the issue, technician comes out and is confused then gets on the phone with other technicians regarding "three un-landed wires" that he is confused about. The heater issue is still unresolved. Nothing but overpriced work with unprofessional and lack of knowledge in their service. Please take a second thought before attempting to utilize this company.

My heater stopped working during a cold period a month or so ago. I’m just a little slow doing this review. I got service from both Miguel and Derek. Both gentlemen were wonderful. Professional, courteous, efficient and didn’t forget to give me a Senior Discount. Would recommend West Country any time.

The technician was new to the company but very personable and professional. He was careful to move things to make work space and cleaned up afterward. He did a great job getting my AC running again and didn’t try to talk me into a lot of expensive stuff I could not afford. Very nice company!

I got for bids and West County was the lowest. When I told Mike and ask him how soon after you'd be done he told me he had every job scheduled out for the next two weeks. I said can anything we done sooner the tenants already been without air for 7 days and he called back and found a spot to have it done 4 days later. The tenant and I are very happy with Mike. He is a great guy in my book and did exactly what he said he would.

My sisters a/c wasn't working. She called another company, who failed to show up for the appointment! West Country fit her in between other appointments on a Friday afternoon and handled it. Derek and Miguel are the best! Awesome customer service!!!
