Robert was great! He diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process, including pictures. I woke up to water pouring out of my kitchen light fixtures less than 24 hours ago and my emergency is already resolved and my mind has been put to ease. The prices are very inexpensive, especially considering the professionalism, knowledge and skill, and the fast responsiveness we received from them. I would highly recommend them.
Side note: I have actually dealt with 3 other HVAC companies in this area, and this was by far the best service I’ve gotten. The low price on top of that puts West Country way above the rest. They were referred to me by a plumber from John’s Plumbing and I’m very grateful for the referral. Both are awesome companies to work with.

The technician arrived way ahead of time which was fine. He was nice and courteous he told me nothing was wrong with my A/C and only charged me the trade call fee which was the same as what my home warranty company charges. Either way I’m pleased with the service.

My first time using this company what was used another local company. I tried these people cuz a good friend of mine worked for them for a little while they came out. Gave me an estimate which was approximately 2,500 cheaper than the other guys. They also offered us a second option that I wasn't aware of. Also, the other company did not mention a more efficient unit so we went with them. They installed the unit units. Fine install looks good. Quality of product seems perfect. Very happy with the company. I will be using them regularly. The technician that was on site was not eligible and figured out issues. Explain them to me. I definitely would recommend this company. Everyone, from the owner, Michael, office staff, Karrisa, to the repair techs, Anthony, Miguel, and Robert were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations. The cost of labor and parts was fair and reasonable. The techs were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained everything to me with ease of understanding. I highly recommend Miguel, Robert, or Anthony for any service call. And the customer service was TERRIFIC and here's why. There was an issue with my scheduled appointment due to a part not being available due to their supplier, so the appointment was going to be rescheduled 5 days out. But, Michael told me they would send a tech down the Cajon Pass to get the part directly from the supplier so I could keep the original appointment. (My heater had been down for a week at this point during a cold winter storm.) That act of kindness is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND West Country Heating. I will definitely be using them for my future maintenance needs. Thank you.

Chris Ross really knows the heat pump/mini split systems. Not only does he listen well, he comprehended exactly what I want with the 3 very different set ups my property requires. He and Nick are a dream team. Came in, put it together and it works. I am confident with the work that was done here. Pleased customer!

Just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I would recommend West Country Heating and Air to everyone in the High Desert. My heater was blowing cold air, called West Country at 9:30 am, they had there technication Anthony Solis come to my home, he arrived same day and got my heater repaired in no time, Anthony was so professional, courteous, friendly can't say enough about this company! A great experience from the initial call to the repaired furnace, our furnace is repaired and back in operation for a third of the cost of what another company estimated. You will not go wrong by having this professional team service your HVAC.
