I came to the maintenance department more than 3 times, and they couldn't fix it, and the same problem was repeated. I don't know who will fix it if the man can't fix it? I am losing a lot of money because of them. I'm thinking about contacting a specialized lawyer to take the appropriate action against them

I asked written estimates of my Reefer Job, Manager Dave Denied ( he has a big Attitude) and I asked him your owner know about this type of ridiculous service that you giving to customer and he said Yes and I told him ok let me talk to him and then he started making a bluff Estimate on his Computer to satisfy me but again his estimate was worst then verbal it’s only said labor +parts didn’t say how many hours and parts list. I would say he could manage Employees not satisfy Customers. Also they charge me $25/day for my Reefer storage for 3 days including Sat & Sun but they never call me for repair done. Ridiculous Service Management. On the other side on Trailer Repair Shop Manager - Earney I will give 5 Stars to him. I would say Dave should take Classes from him to learn how to talk to Customer. I will definitely talk to the owner Kane about this experience. I know Kane he is a good man.

Please change your hours on Google. It's very misleading. if the location is closed on Saturday it should be marked closed. Not open from 7AM to 3PM. Carriers have pay for call out service for the the misleading information submitted by thermoking central owner. And there is no way out of the fees.

I'll update my rating when the issue is fixed.

We planned according to hours listed by the owner of thermoking to pickup the trailer but were trapped and hit with the fees. NOT GOOD

Took my APU unit three times, paid over $2,000 and unit still not functioning. DPF shuts system off. Incompetent bunch of service guys. Good for nothing.

Been here about 7 times over last last 2 years finally decided to write a review I've noticed that whenever I come for service I can drop my trailer and am in and out in a decent amount of time but whenever​ I have come for parts I always have to wait easy 15 to 25 mins even with only one or two people in line. They usually have only one guy working on customers the other guy on the phone helping customers over the phone. Save your time and call in what you need they deliver it in a decent amount of time but if you go in for something simple like a little led light u will wait unreasonably

Too expensive just to replace 2 belts which took under an hour!! Meanwhile it wasn't road service, I came to the shop, sorry if the guy had to come from hone!! Over $500.00 for less than 2hrs work..... wow

Got apu serviced and they fixed a problem I had with it and explained it to us . I was very happy with the way they did business . Everybody was polite and very good service . THANK YOU FRESNO THERMO KING
