His Service Was Top-Notch Since Day One! From Explaining How It Works, To Setting Up My Account, And Solving All Of My Problems, He Was There Without A Hesitation. They do good work, friendly staff and billed it to the company. They got my bunk AC working in a couple hours re s with not appointment. What more could you ask for.

We needed trailer door hinges replaced on our Vanguard dry van. Called Thermo King, they said bring it on in, they had us in the shop 5 minutes after we arrived there and repairs completed in less than one hour. Good shop, great people! Highly recommended!

I can't believe thermoking can be this irresponsible for their customers. I brought my reefer for servicing, they said it should be ready in 2 hours. Sounds great!! Booked the load, called thermoking if my trailer is ready? No its not ready, we order a part, which will be here tomorrow and your trailer will be done tomorrow. I was shocked to here why nobody called me about the this. Not only this, but the person i talked said "thats a good question " when i asked why nobody called me. How can be they so irresponsible and shameless. Next day when i called them if my trailer is ready now, they said no it will take 40 minutes to install the part and than we will do the service if you want. I am like what???? That is the reason i was there at first place and now you are asking me if i want my trailer to get serviced. Second day in a row i have to cancel the load and they are totally calm about it nothing like if they are sorry or anything. Worst experience. I am not saying don't go to their store but asking management to be more responsible.

I Called on friday to make sure if they will be open on saturday because of the labor day weekend. They said yes they will be open, but on saturday apparently they are closed. There is a guy working but they are closed, and to pick up my trailer it is going to be 358 dollars extra. After the technician talked to the manager he said it will be half of it. I just need to hook up my trailer and pay for it. Yard is open I can see the trailer but I cant hook up and go because its apparently closed even though I called in and made sure.

Went in for apu service and a code issue they went through everything thoroughly and did a great job getting us taken care of in a timely manner.

By far these guys are the best,and some of the most friendly and professional people I have dealt with regarding my thermo king. I highly recommend them for all your apu or refer needs.

Nice people n when you go there they don't tell you drop your trailer n we will look at it in a couple of weeks

Over priced, as are all IHops 1 omelette 1 coffee $18.48 (includes $3.00 tip)I don't know about you but THAT is not a very good deal, I'm done with IHops. On top of that the kitchen aww lets just forget it
