My name is Taylor and I order parts for our company and I am writing this review is to recognize Gina W. at the Sigler, Fresno , CA branch. Each time we call for some reason the counter usually has to forward us to her to answer our questions. Each time she delivers with all the information, she calls back when she says she will. She has outstanding customer service skills! We really appreciate the staff at Sigler, however Gina W. tends to go above and beyond each time and always helps me and we are grateful to have her there to answer our calls. - big thanks from Taylor W at McGee Refrigeration!!

Poor customer service. Units arrived a month later than original ship date. Told me day before units were supposed to be delivered to jobsite that they were unable to deliver. Worst service from any supplier. One star rating is being kind.

If your looking for a hvac parts distribution with great customer service, keep looking. Sigler has to be the absolute worse. They have one counter person who will ignore you and only answer the phone even though you’re right in front of him.
The other counter help, treats people like they are criminals. No one smiles. No one looks like they enjoy what they do or really want to help. It feels like the custom is an inconvenience.

Go anywhere else but here. Try RSD or Geary Pacific or FACSCO if you want real help

Friendly staff! Got me unloaded in about 2 hrs even after being late due to Hwy closure on I-40

Most of the workers there are so rude. They need a class in customer service skill.

They were very slow and the men at the counter was very unfriendly. Although the lady that helped me from the back was very nice and friendly
