I have not personally been able to use their services. However I have called numerous of times and they were always willing to schedule me or give me advice on what they think I can do.
I really think they have superior customer service which usually sets the standard for good workmanship. I manage lots of properties and they always give me advice whether I use them or not. ... by the way thank you for that

no i didn't!!!the tec,took his time peice by peice n found correct prob,that the other companies looked n said it's this n turned out learning thru Ecology they had no damn clue , don'how those stay in bussiness,but Ecology air , diagnosed correctly n went through entire machine n found a capacitor that's going to go

I can’t say enough about the quick response that both Mark and Jake took in helping us with our heating problem. I would recommend Ecology Air innovations to anyone looking for honest hard working people.

Came a day earlier, had me up and running in no time.

Best service experience ever. They promptly came out the same night that I called. Very professional and knowledgeable. Fixed problem at a low cost. I was extremely impressed with this privately owned company.

Received same day service at a huge building in West Sacramento. They are licensed, professional, and qualified to do the Industrial projects. Rates are more then competitive.

I wish there was a higher rating to give Mark and his Excellent service. I can't begin to describe how happy I am with his overall services and prices. I do not have to worry about being bamboozled.

I am totally grateful from my initial text at 8pm on Monday night. (I was in a panic and in desperate need) our A/C went out and tempurters were rising in the house. I certainly wasn't expecting a text back inquiring on what problem I was having with our A/C unit. I explained what was happening and then he booked me an appointment between 11am -12 pm the next day. He was here before 12 and found out that we had a bad Capacitor. He replaced it and was done in 15 min.

I was so Thankful for the quick response since we were hitting triple digit weather. I am writing this and recommending Mark and his company Ecology Air Innovations. He provides Excellent Customer Service, to those in need of assistance with there heating and air concerns.

We can't thank Mark enough for coming out and fixing our problem in a timely matter. For us time was of the essance. You went far and beyond our expectations!! There is no other company we will use!!

Ecology Air Innovations did a absolutely wonderful job in installing my new HVAC system. More than that, they clearly explained and educated me on what I was getting. They are an honest company and don't cut corners on anything. Quality is first and foremost important to them. All the staff I dealt with on phone or in person were very professional. Pricing was more than fair. Already recommended them to all my friends and colleagues. Would happily do business with them again anytime!!!!!

They also helped with a follow-up question I had about my filter system. Very responsive!!!!!
