Mark came out to help us diagnose our failing AC. He pointed out that the system was using an older refrigerant that would be really expensive to replace. He spent a good amount of time going over the options with us and was very open and knowledgeable. In the end he didn't even charge us for the visit since he didn't actually do anything.

Mark and his team did an amazing job on my new Trane HVAC system. I compared prices and his was the best value. His team worked through a tough situation in my attic to put in the furnace and replaced my control board at no extra cost. His team are certified by Trane to install their systems and 3 months in, the system is still working without any issues.

I have so much to say about Ecology Air Innovations, who I consider to be my angels.
I had a Goodman AC unit installed on my house 3 years ago. In the first week, the compressor went out.
It was replaced. It went out again a few months later. So it was replaced. It went out again a few months after that. Mark went to bat for me and got them to give me an entirely new unit.

Fast forward another year and this unit had a compressor go out. Right in the middle of the worst heat wave Sacramento has seen in years!

Mark tried working with Goodman regarding this FAILED AC UNIT of theirs. Goodman stated they were willing to replace the compressor. That's it. Take it or leave it. Well, Mark left it and left it good!

Rather than try and deal with Goodman again (who were the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with), Mark got me a whole different unit.

I've been in a very cool house ever since and couldn't be happier with my dealings with this company. They really stand behind their customers and make them feel important.

Seriously, hire them. They are amazing.

I couldn’t have higher praise for Ecology Air Innovations! They were so fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. You’re never quite ready for the moment your roof HVAC kicks it (even one that’s over 30 years old). Ecology Air came out right away, took the time to explain all my options, and once I decided on a whole new system, they had it installed (with some new ducting) right away! They even helped me figure out the City inspections after the fact. If you’re looking for HVAC services, look no further! Highly recommend.

My a/c went out during a heat wave and unfortunately I had to replace the whole system. Ecology was awesome, gave me a few options for systems and financing and weren't pushy at all. On the day of the install, they got it done quick and we are super happy with our A/C system!

Wow, this company is second to none! Installed a dual Trane system for my 2800 square foot home and could not be any more happier. Had system problem with upstairs due to wire being chewed through by a rodent and they came to fix it free of charge. Hire this company, you WILL NOT regret it. Best service, best price. Can't beat it.
